Elena is a passionate yoga teacher and trauma-informed coach whose mission is to help others reconnect with their bodies, step out of their comfort zones, and trust their inner voice. Her classes blend dynamic movement and grounding stillness, fostering strength, self-awareness, and softness. Known for her calming voice, Elena creates a safe, nurturing space where students can turn their gaze inward and explore their authentic selves. Her yoga journey began in 2018 during a life-changing trip to Bali, where the island’s soulful teachings ignited a deep love for the practice. After completing her 200hr training in the US in 2020, she taught across California, Germany, the Netherlands, Namibia, and Bali. She later deepened her knowledge with a 300hr training and a 50hr Power Yoga certification with ULU Yoga in Bali. Before stepping fully into her calling, Elena lived an adventurous, fast-paced life across the US and Europe, traveling to every continent-including Antarctica. Eventually, she left her career in real estate to embrace a path of purpose and presence. Today, Elena dedicates herself to creating safe, empowering spaces where students can listen inward, rediscover their truth, and explore the balance between challenge and ease. Her teaching is rooted in intuition, compassion, and a deep respect for individual journeys. When she’s not guiding yoga or supporting others on their path, you’ll find her catching waves in the ocean or cozied up with a cat.
