INTRODUCTION
Sarah Musić is a yoga teacher, writer, and former registered nurse with over ten years of personal yoga practice and a 300-hour yoga teacher training. Her studies and teaching focus on yoga philosophy, meditation, mantra, Ayurveda, and pranayama. Before teaching yoga, Sarah spent a decade working in hospital settings, supporting people through illness, pain, and end-of-life care. These experiences inspired her to explore the deeper causes of suffering and healing through yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and self-inquiry. Through her writing, Sarah shares reflections on conscious living, personal growth, and the practical wisdom of yoga as a path to greater awareness, resilience, and connection.
