Our 200 Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training is designed for steady, independent learning.
You study from home, at your own pace, while being supported by experienced teachers and a structured curriculum. This training offers the foundational building blocks required to teach responsibly or to deepen your personal practice with clarity.
You will establish a strong base in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. You will refine alignment, understand biomechanics, and explore how the body responds to movement. You will study philosophy with context and practicality, and you will practice teaching with feedback.

Kalpana Karia started learning yoga from her father at the age of 9. Once she turned 18, she went to London to further her studies in Radiology. After completing her studies in London she went to Rishikesh India and took an intensive yoga teachers training course at Sivananda Ashram. In 1997 she was appointed as the director for East African studies by the British school of Yoga , where she taught Yoga voluntarily and trained many teachers. Complete and certify
Finish all modules, assignments, and assessments. Upon successful completion, you receive your RYT 200 certificate and are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance. Your journey continues with lifetime access to revisit and deepen your study whenever needed.
