We’ve made it easy for you. Follow these steps and start your yoga teacher training with confidence.
01
Choose your training
Explore our different yoga teacher trainings and pick the one that fits your goals, schedule, and style. Each program is carefully designed to guide you step by step.
02
Enroll and begin
Once you enroll, you receive immediate access to all course materials. There are no start dates and no waiting periods. You can begin the same day and move at your own rhythm.
03
Study with structure
Follow the suggested study rhythm or adapt it to your life. Complete the video modules, readings, written assignments, and teaching practices in a steady and consistent way. You have up to one year to complete the training.
04
Receive feedback
Submit your practice and teaching videos for review. Our instructors provide structured feedback to help you refine your understanding and communication. This step ensures clarity and confidence before certification.
05
Complete and certify
Finish all modules, assignments, and assessments. Upon successful completion, you receive your RYT certificate and are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance. Your journey continues with lifetime access to revisit and deepen your study whenever needed.

You will receive PDF’s and links to essential readings. The course content is derived from the following books, which you are encouraged to buy: Teaching Yoga by Mark Stephens, Hatha Illustrated by Martin Kirk, Light on Yoga by B.K.S. Yoga Alliance accredited course
After completing all course requirements, you’ll be certified as an advanced instructor and eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200. Many ULU Yoga graduates go on to lead teacher trainings, retreats, or open their own studio. This is the beginning of a professional career - doing what you love and sharing it with others.
