Catie
E-RYT 500
Catie is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and movement educator with over 15 years of teaching experience. Her journey has taken her from the fast-paced studios of New York City to the slower rhythms of life in Bali, where both her personal practice and teaching have continued to evolve. While her early years were rooted primarily in dynamic Vinyasa and movement-based practices, over time she found herself increasingly drawn to the quiet wisdom of Yin Yoga. What began as a complementary practice gradually became an essential one—a place to slow down, reconnect, and find balance amidst the demands of modern life. Living in Bali, becoming a mother, and navigating the many transitions that life inevitably brings have all deepened her appreciation for slower, more restorative practices. Yin has become an anchor in her own practice, offering space to regulate the nervous system, cultivate presence, and remember the importance of simply being, rather than always doing. Drawing from a background in yoga, Pilates, anatomy, breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement, Catie’s teaching is grounded, accessible, and deeply embodied. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to yoga and encourages students to approach the practice with curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to listen to their own bodies. One of Catie’s greatest joys is mentoring new teachers. She believes the best learning happens when students feel comfortable asking questions, staying curious, and discovering their own authentic way of teaching. Her hope is that trainees leave with not only a deeper understanding of Yin Yoga, but also the confidence to teach in a way that feels genuine, thoughtful, and true to themselves. For Catie, Yin Yoga is far more than a style of practice. It is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and cultivate the kind of awareness that supports us both on and off the mat.

He has served as a lead trainer in 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings across India and Bali, guiding hundreds of trainees through comprehensive programs that integrate asana, alignment, anatomy, sequencing, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy. Prashant Bisht (India)
E-RYT 500
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Adjustments, Meditation
Dedicated yoga teacher, senior trainer, and educator with over a decade of teaching experience and a strong academic foundation in both traditional yogic systems and modern movement science. Began practicing yoga at the age of 15 in Rishikesh, India, immersing early in classical Hatha and ashram-style practice before committing to a full academic and professional yoga pathway. Over the years, he developed a teaching approach rooted in precision, safety, and intelligent progression, with a reputation for highly technical alignment instruction, clear biomechanical explanation, and refined hands-on adjustments. Known for the ability to translate complex anatomical and philosophical concepts into clear, accessible cues that support students at every level—from beginners to advanced practitioners and teachers-in-training. Teaching style balances discipline and structure with sensitivity to the nervous system, injury history, and individual learning styles. He blends traditional yogic knowledge—including classical texts, pranayama systems, and meditative practices—with contemporary biomechanics and functional movement principles, creating a learning environment that is both rooted and relevant. Passionate about mentoring teachers to build safe, sustainable, and transformative practices, while cultivating confidence, clarity, and integrity in their teaching.

Catie
